Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 800 Tyre Hub, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and service charges apply for tyre services provided across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
1. Service Booking & Confirmation
- A service booking is considered confirmed once the customer requests service via phone, WhatsApp, website, or any official communication channel.
- Dispatch of a mobile or roadside service unit is considered service initiation.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may cancel a service before technician dispatch without any cancellation charges.
- Early cancellation is encouraged to avoid unnecessary dispatch or delays.
b) Cancellation After Dispatch
- If a service is cancelled after the technician is dispatched, a call-out or dispatch fee may apply.
- The fee covers fuel, time, and operational costs already incurred.
c) No-Show or Inaccessible Location
- If the technician arrives and is unable to perform the service due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect location details
- Vehicle not accessible or legally parked
- A service or call-out fee may be charged.
3. Emergency & Roadside Services
- Emergency, roadside, and 24-hour services involve immediate dispatch and priority handling.
- Emergency service bookings are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred, except where service cannot be delivered due to a fault on our part.
4. Refund Policy
a) Service Charges
- Refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been completed.
- If a service cannot be completed due to technical or safety reasons, charges may be adjusted accordingly.
b) Tyre Replacement
- Refunds for new tyres are not applicable once tyres have been installed or used.
- If a tyre is unused and installation has not begun, refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
c) Tyre Repair & Puncture Services
- Tyre repair, puncture repair, and flat tyre services are non-refundable once performed.
5. Manufacturer Warranty vs Refunds
- New tyres supplied by 800 Tyre Hub carry the manufacturer’s (company’s) warranty, where applicable.
- Manufacturer warranties cover eligible manufacturing defects and are not handled as refunds.
- Warranty claims must be processed through the tyre manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
6. Payment Disputes
- Customers are encouraged to contact 800 Tyre Hub directly to resolve any service or billing concerns.
- Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service restrictions.
7. Force Majeure & Service Limitations
- Refunds are not applicable for service delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or law enforcement restrictions.
8. Policy Updates
800 Tyre Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
